The staff was helpful and willing to answer questions. the location was great, with key attractions nearby. I also enjoyed the fact that guests could enjoy themselves at the bar downstairs.

The bathroom smelled of sewage, making the room unbearable. the facilities were very poor.

Met amazing people, one of the best hostels. Stayed in the female dorm which was luxurious! Curtains on the beds for privacy, as well as shelves, power points, and a light. Spacious lockers right next to the girls' bathroom. Very social atmosphere and met some awesome people. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Toilet cleanliness could be improved. The mattress and pillows were thin and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well.

The private room was clean and spacious, with comfortable amenities such as AC and a heater. The location of the hostel was very central, allowing for easy access to the historic old town. The attached restaurant served fantastic food for lunch and dinner, providing a convenient dining option.

The terrace bar could get crowded in the evenings, making it difficult to find a seat if arriving late.

Christmas at this hostel was amazing! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, surrounded by the museum of illusions and a bustling flea market. The bar in the hostel was a great place to hang out with friendly people. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even provided us with a map of the city and recommendations for places to eat. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the noise from the main street could be quite disturbing, especially since our room was located right next to the windows.

Wow, Swanky Mint Hostel totally exceeded my expectations! I couldn't believe how close it was to the city center and all the tourist attractions. With just a short walk or a quick tram ride, I was right in the heart of everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my solo travel experience even better. Plus, the free coffee and hot chocolate from the coffee machine were a genius addition. The common room and fully functional kitchen were also really convenient. And let's not forget about the comfortable and spacious room, complete with lockers for added security. Highly recommend!

stayed at this hostel before in zagreb and swanky mint really exceeded my expectations! the location is perfect for sightseeing and the staff is super friendly and helpful. loved the bar and the private bathroom in my dorm. definitely recommend!
